The Dulce beans in Choro are grown and dry processed on the Fazenda Estate at high altitude. Brazilian coffee has a heavier mouth feel, lower acidity and intense exotic flavour profiles.

We have cupped this coffee to a range of roast levels and have settled on a fairly aggressive start to the roast then slowing it down in the development phase just going into second crack to get the very best of these Brazilian characteristics.
