Our approach to roasting this Colombian Excelso has led to developing a relatively slow roasting process to achieve the best balance between bright acidity and sweetness to enhance the famous chocolatey tones of this coffee. Roasted to the high side of medium to achieve a rounded, full bodied coffee to be enjoyed at any time of the day.

Our Colombian coffee is 100% Arabica. The coffee trees are grown at high altitudes. The coffee cherries are then carefully harvested and the beans are wet processed.
